What we collect
- Information you send through the forms on this website, such as your name, email, phone number, brokerage, and message. These forms are processed by our website host, Netlify.
- Information you provide when you book a call through our scheduling provider, Cal.com.
- Transaction details you submit through our file intake form, which runs on Google Forms, and documents you share with us through your transaction platform, such as dotloop.
- Basic technical information our hosting provider logs to keep the site secure and running, such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To reply to your questions and schedule calls.
- To coordinate the transactions you send us.
- To send resources you request, like the Pop-By Guide, and occasional emails with resources for agents. You can opt out anytime.
How we share it
We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as our hosting, scheduling, and form providers, with the parties to a transaction when we coordinate it for you, or when the law requires it.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and our intake form by Google Forms, and each may set cookies it needs to work. Their privacy policies explain how they handle information.
